General Question

Arrive 30 minutes prior to reservation. This way, you will have time to check in, read all liability forms, sign waivers, receive instruction by staff, and, if needed, do your boater’s license test. Arriving 30 minutes early allows for you to not cut into your reservation time.

No worries! All customers will be given a brief tutorial by our friendly staff on how to operate the watercraft.

Children aged 6 and up are allowed to ride the jet skis as passengers. We have life vests available for all ages.
We offer a credit/reschedule option valid within 6 months of the booking date.
We do recommend protective eyewear while riding. Please wear sunscreen, proper active/swimwear and no flip flops are recommended. We provide life vests and have various sizes available.
Under 18 years requires guardian/parent’s permission to drive a jet ski. You must be at least 16 years old to operate one by yourself. A 15-year old can drive with an adult as a passenger.
All of our watercrafts are registered with SEATOW (AAA on water) who respond swiftly to resolve any issue concerning break downs, battery jumps, gas fill up, grounded vessels or towing vessel back to our location if necessary.

Fort Pierce inlet and Indian River waterways offer the most rich and pristine waterways with dolphins, manatees, fish and wildlife.
We do offer dry boxes for personal electronics, we are not liable for any damage or loss of your personal property.

Florida law requires Boat and Jet Ski operators born ON OR AFTER Jan 1, 1988 to possess a boater’s safety card. To prevent delays at the time of your reservation, click here

We apply a hold on card for $300 on jet skis and $500 on boats. Upon post rental inspection, we issue the deposit right away. If credit card, it is refunded immediately but if debit, your bank may take a few business days to release the hold.
We don’t offer a last minute cancellation/refund. The cancellation would need to be done within 7 days of the booking/purchase date.

About Our Services

For a scuba diving trip, bring your swimwear, a towel, and any personal items you may need such as sunscreen and a camera. We provide all the necessary diving equipment, but if you have your own gear and prefer to use it, feel free to bring it along. It’s also a good idea to bring any medical information if you have specific health concerns.

No prior scuba diving experience is necessary for our introductory dives. Our certified instructors will provide all the training and guidance you need to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. For advanced dives, we do recommend having some previous experience or certification.

If you need to cancel your diving trip, please inform us as soon as possible. We have a cancellation policy in place that allows for a full refund if canceled within a certain period before the scheduled dive. Refunds are subject to our terms and conditions, so please check with our team for specific details.

Yes, all of our instructors are fully certified and highly experienced. They hold certifications from recognized diving organizations and have extensive knowledge of both diving techniques and safety procedures. Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities.

We conduct thorough briefings before each dive, and our instructors closely monitor all divers throughout the experience.
